If you make a booking for another traveller, you confirm that:
Go Your Destination provides:
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating and using an account.

You should review official travel advisories and use reasonable judgement before and during travel.
If you have a medical condition, disability or other requirement that may affect a service, tell us before booking so that availability can be checked. We cannot guarantee that every supplier or destination can accommodate every requirement.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority.
The website may link to external booking platforms or travel providers.
External websites are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability or independent transactions.
Some links may be affiliate links. Go Your Destination may receive a commission if you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase. This normally does not increase the price you pay.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase made entirely on an external website creates an agreement between you and that external provider, not with Go Your Destination.

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security incidents, hosting failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We take reasonable care when preparing travel content and recommendations, but travel information can change quickly.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
