Go Your Destination Private Limited is a private limited company based in Kollam, Kerala, India.

Our accounts and booking services are intended only for people aged 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create accounts or make bookings. A person aged 18 or older may provide information about a child when planning or booking travel for that child.

If you believe a child has provided information to us without appropriate authorisation, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where required.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

Account and contact information

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, login credentials and account preferences. Passwords are stored using appropriate security protections and are not intended to be stored in readable form.

Traveller information

This may include the number of travellers, age categories, travel dates, destinations, accommodation preferences, transport preferences, interests and other information required to plan or arrange a journey.

Please avoid providing passport details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

Trip and itinerary information

This may include selected destinations, saved itineraries, trip duration, arrival and departure points and planning preferences.

Enquiry and booking information

This may include messages, requested services, booking requirements, communications with our team and information needed to coordinate with accommodation providers, transport operators, guides, tour operators or other travel-service providers.

We do not currently collect or process online payment-card information through the website.

Technical and security information

When you use the website, our systems may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• operating system;
• requested pages and request times;
• error, diagnostic and security logs; and
• session and authentication information.

We use this information to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.

Information received from partners

Where necessary to manage a booking or enquiry, a travel-service provider may give us information about booking availability, confirmation, changes or service delivery.

Go Your Destination may share information necessary to arrange or fulfil a booking with relevant travel-service providers, which may include:

• tour operators;
• local guides;
• activity providers; and
• other suppliers involved in the requested journey.

These providers may process personal information under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

We share only the information reasonably required to check availability, respond to an enquiry, arrange a requested service or manage a booking.

If you provide information about another traveller, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and to permit its use for the relevant travel enquiry or booking.

We use service providers to operate the platform, including:

• Render, for application and database hosting; and
• Resend, for transactional and service-related email delivery; and
• OpenAI, for AI-assisted interpretation of trip planning requests when that feature is used.

These providers may process limited personal information on our behalf to provide their services. Their processing is also governed by their respective terms, privacy policies and data-processing arrangements.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, government authorities or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and platform security.

If our business is reorganised, merged, acquired or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The website may contain links to external travel providers, including flight, accommodation or activity platforms.

When you follow an external link, you leave our website. The external provider may collect information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not control the external provider’s website or privacy practices.

Some external links may be affiliate links. Go Your Destination may receive a commission if you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase. This normally does not increase the price you pay.

We currently use only cookies or similar storage technologies that are necessary to:

• keep users signed in;
• maintain secure sessions;
• remember essential account or service settings;
• protect the website against abuse; and
• provide requested website functionality.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or other optional analytics or advertising trackers.

Essential cookies cannot always be disabled through the website because the service may not function properly without them. You may delete or block cookies through your browser settings, but some account and booking features may stop working.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required before activating them.

Our company is based in India. Some service providers or travel partners may process or store information in other countries.

Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that international transfers are supported by appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In general:

• account information is retained while the account remains active;
• saved journeys are retained until deleted by the user, deleted with the account or no longer needed to provide the service;
• enquiry and support information is retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards;
• booking information may be retained for customer support, dispute resolution and applicable legal, tax, accounting or record-keeping requirements;
• security and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to their security purpose; and
• deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups before being securely overwritten.

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it unless continued retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.

These measures may include access controls, encrypted network connections, password hashing, restricted administrative access, monitoring and backups.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction may have additional rights under local data-protection law. Where those laws apply to our activities, we will process requests and personal information in accordance with the applicable requirements.

The platform may automatically generate or rank travel suggestions using information such as selected destinations, travel dates, duration and preferences.

These suggestions are intended to assist with travel planning. They do not produce legal or similarly significant decisions about users. Users may review, change or reject the recommendations.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, technology or legal obligations change.

The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by applicable law.
